To create an account just click on the “Signup” button located at main navigation. Then just follow the instructions, and in a matter of a few seconds you will be ready to use Voiceport

Just go to the Login page
Type your Account No.
Type your password.
Press Login button
How do I update my account information?
Log into account.
Go to “Account Page”
After editing your information, click the Save button and your information should be saved.

What is the rate per minute to the country I call?
You can Save 95%more on calls to international numbers. See Rates.
How do I make payments to my account?
Login to your account
Click on the make payment tab
Now select the amount, credit card you want to use
Click the proceed button and your account should be recharged now
Which access number should I use?
You will get the best rates if you use any one of access numbers. Most calling plans allow you to call anywhere in the UK/Germany (local) at the same price. If you are unsure about your plan please check with your provider to insure that you will not incur an additional cost.
Can I safely enter my credit card number on your website?

How do I make calls from a non-registered phone number?
Dial the access number
When prompted enter your account number followed by the PIN no.
How do I add additional phone numbers to my account?
When you sign into your account there will be a tab called "Register CLIs". You will be able to add nine additional phone numbers to your account.
